March 6, 201214 yr i do everything as normal and when i'm going to turn elec 1 and 2 on, the low pressure light keeps on and i got the overheat light on either.what's going on?this is the fail according to fmc:ps: i know the start procedure is not right on the picture, it's just to ilustrate the fail. March 6, 201214 yr Author Maybe you saved your flight with failure active by accident?nope, i like clean flights and i don't have skills enough (yet) to deal with a failure while in air Edited March 6, 201214 yr by maninpilot Manin G.
March 6, 201214 yr Theres an app for that... FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠 Matt Kubanda, 7950X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 5090@4k, MSFS 2024
March 6, 201214 yr manin, some failures can be activated by mishandling or be service based, even if you have random failures turned off. --Peter Fabian
March 6, 201214 yr The missing resetting timer for the hyd overheat was addressed and solved maybe in hotfix 3 or 4, so, 6 months ago, if you are in a good configuration, with sufficient fuel (wich seems to be the case) you cannot have this problem. But, this could happen if you have not updated your NGX or either not removed the old panel states when upgrading. Manin G.
March 6, 201214 yr the fastest way I think is to search it using the windows search function and searching the name of your panel state. Or, simply delete all .fmc and.sav files inside the fsx saved flight folder and pmdg folders, then, to restore the good ones, just re-install the sp1c.If you deleted them during the sp1b installation, I don't think it is the problem, the sp1c is compatible with the old panels of sp1b (not sure about the previous) Regards Andrea Daviero
March 11, 201214 yr This may helpIt's related to a buggy fuel temperature. You'll get a HYD overheat when the fuel temperature is high off the gauge, and this happens when you load a panel state from the FMC menu. You can fix it in about 2 minutes without starting from cold and dark and losing your panel state. Just change the fuel temperature manually in the panel state:Go to your FSX folderPMDGPMDG 737 NGXPanelState, and find the panel state you want with extension .sav. For example my panel state is call LAST so I find LAST.sav. Open up the sav file with notepad and scroll down to the [FuelSystem.0], or use Find (CTRL+F) to find "Fuel Temp=". Most likely you have a negative value (eg, Fuel Temp=-587). Change it to 1647, save the file, and reload the panel state from the FMC. Your fuel temperature should now be around 20C, and the HYD overheat cleared. All of this can be done while FSX is running. Ben

March 11, 201214 yr U'r fuel is boiling :Nerd:Maybe loading a default panel state would get you going again.regards, Gerrit
March 11, 201214 yr Author why are all of your pictures is when you're doing a TFC test?am I? Manin G.
March 11, 201214 yr You are. Either that, or there is something quite wrong about more things than hydraulics. At this point, I would consider reinstalling the NGX from scratch, really. --Peter Fabian
