March 13, 201214 yr I'm interested in finding out who out there has access real-world checklists for the B737NG.The one included in the PMDG manuals is indeed the checklist Boeing suggests and is used by many airlines. Some airlines seem to modify it, sometimes heavily, for their SOPs (e.g. WestJet).I'd like to get my hands on real checklists, and if not, perhaps someone can provide a list of airlines that use the standard checklist. For instance, what does United use? Southwest? KLM? Other operators?Note, I am not asking for amplified procedures, just the one or two-page checklists. Thanks friends,Sam Kharey
March 14, 201214 yr Author Alex - thanks, looking forward to flying Air Berlin.Rfelger - thanks for this; any idea which airlines use this?Any others out there folks???Regards,Sam Kharey
March 14, 201214 yr Guys, these are copyrighted material. If you don't have a release note specific to each from there various owners, you are jeopardizing AVSIM. Please do not post Copyrighted material on AVSIM.
March 14, 201214 yr Keep in mind that most checklist reflects what type of equipment the airline uses. There may be steps for systems/procedures that are specific to the airline or aircraft. I see this a lot in the gulfstream. Following a company specific checklist may not meet your needs if your PMDG aircraft lacks the systems. Rick D http://g5flyer.tumblr.com/
March 15, 201214 yr I did my checklist by my self in photoshop. I used real 737 classic one and just modified the look and changed some stuff regarding the difference between classics and NGs.
March 15, 201214 yr I use this one. It's from my Company. (Logos and stuff removed) Greetings, -Chris Jeuck
March 15, 201214 yr Lol at the last item in the shutdown checklist (the above checklist). Did you add that one yourself? I must say, many of the checklists contain much more than ours do.Ash Frew.
March 15, 201214 yr No, it's a company procedure to switch on the mobile phone which is at every aircraft (so that the company can call us if they need to).Same goes to the before start list where it says to switch off the mobile phone.... Greetings, -Chris Jeuck
March 15, 201214 yr @Chris: ChickenWings? Are you a fan of that particular webcomic? :)That gave me an idea though... :) --Peter Fabian
