I've had the pleasure of testing a new 1.6.0. release of the GNS430/530 and would just like to share the following screenshot..Jean Luc tells me that he is only weeks away from releasing it..

Yes, my "magenta line" mod is no longer required and the track shows upin all MFD views, not just "Heading Up".You still need my mod to get the LPV landing to work though, since the Carenado default G500 doesnot show the glideslope indicator for LPV landings.I have not used the new release enough to know what the limitations might be, but what it does, it does nicely.

I doubt that - some FSX NDs are proprietary designs that do not play by thedefault FSX rules... the RXP Sandel or Meridian Meggitt displays among them..

Now that is great news! I also wish they could add keyboard support for faster entry of waypoints.The rxp units are amazing and soon they will be even better! Best money spent! David DD

Just tested it with the RXP Sandel in FS9 and it works.
