June 15, 201213 yr Is that the "career.spb" file under something like:C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Flight\Players\B94562FEA2FB9428\Career It's about a 180kb file. It's that entire "Career" folder, not just one file. Make copies of it on your backup drive periodically.

June 15, 201213 yr Yeah, one error I get fairly regularly is my system re-awards all my awards all over again. I don't mind so much but 1) it takes like 5 minutes to *bleep* thru them all, and 2) it shows all my awards as awarded the same day. There's no place like this place, so this must be the place.

June 15, 201213 yr All the mission completion is saved in the Career.spb, and XP aerocaches and awards are stored on the server. I would back everything up every once in a while. Did you get any messages when you started the game about the career file being corrupted? It would be extremely helpful to fixing the bug if you have a copy of the files immediately before your progress was lost. The only way I can see obtaining this is if you make a copy every time before starting Flight, or if you can find it in the previous versions as Ramon mentions. Also, it is a good idea to post stuff like this in the Steam support forum. It gets more visibility there from our support team and is more likely to bump up the priority of the bug if we know how many people it is affecting.
