PMDG 777 EFB

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

In this video of the Captain Sim 777, it would be possible to produce for the PMDG 777 ?

PMDG has said that they will try to develop an EFB for the 777.

They also said not to compare (which I take as do not talk about) other products that are made by other companies...

Really, Luke?

Compared to the difficulties I can only imagine PMDG faced properly modelling the HGS in the NGX, making a gauge which fundementally shows BMP/JPEG/PNG files isn't that challenging - so I can't see why they wouldn't do it.

As far a I can see, they have closed every single topic about CS's EFB. That pretty much sums it up.

I think 3rd party applications that you would run on a seperate laptop are better for EFB (suggesting one has a seperate laptop).

displaying lots of chart images isnt really frame intensive....IF done correctly. And i have no doubt PMDG is more than capable of doing it for no frame loss.
