Lots and Lots of LOTs

Featured Replies

Hehe...you can have so much fun with LOT in your titles. :LMAO:

By request, here is the 195 version of LOT...with both old and new liveries just because I wanted to. :Just Kidding:

I'll be releasing both the FS9 and FSX versions.

I'm done with the paint...just need to do all the conversion and packaging "chores" (I really hate all the extra work involved with getting a repaint ready for uploading). With that in mind, these will be my 1st uploads on the new Avsim file library system, scheduled to be operational by Friday noon.

I should have all the conversion and packaging done by then, and upload all 4 planes to the new library.

You guys should be flying them by this weekend.

Thanks Al!

Painting is very relaxing and stimulating to me, something I have a knack for, and lets me give back to our community. I try not to over-do it, but its just as addictive as flying when you get the hang of it, and you amass a collection of paints so you can quickly paint another plane by shopping in your library of paint masters for the materials you need to paint the next one.

I'm a dog-lover as well, and yours I'm sure are your best friends (great pic in your avatar). And seeing you're from Toronto (I've been there once), reminds me I need to upload several FSX conversions, including my Air Canada. Those will be my next releases after the LOTs, including both versions of JetBlue.

Great Paints Steve!

I seem to remember that you were once a member of Project Freeware or am I mistaken? I really used to enjoy those good old megadump days. Collect them all!. Have you done any repaints of the PMDG birds?

Hey Jeff, I think I may have been...been too long hehe. I was part of FFX, which may have become Project Freeware, which I think became SGA.

I was part of SGA for sure, and painted behind a lot of Eric Cantu's excellent model releases in those heydays. (Vistaliners for example, which was his 727 line that I painted a ton of, and of course the EMB-120).

Those old "megadump" days are the reason I can paint so rapidly (as most other painters who've been doing it a long time)....I have a huge collection of previous paints I pull the graphics from (and update if needed). So these LOTs for example..painted a 737-300 eons ago, just borrowed some stuff from it, LoL.

Of course I had to paint the new version's tail and winglets for the 1st time...but if I have to paint another one in the future...already have what I need.

I don't have any PMDG repaints, but may paint a few 777s if they don't release it with the paints I want to fly (one of the advantages of being a painter, hehe...and the main reason I became one way back when).

Thank you very much. I'm a man of my word. You come to Warsaw, you drink beer for free. Or vodka or wine or whatever if you don't drink.

Your generosity is greatly appreciated :Applause:

Thanks guys!

Hey Darth, that was some landing! Boeing builds em tough and the flightcrew did a great job putting her down safely.

Hey Gavin, since you originally requested them, send me an email address that can handle at least a 12mb file and I'll send you the planes if you want to fly them before I upload them tomorrow evening after the new Avsim library opens.

Thanks, PM sent

Just one little thing though, and please don't think I'm being ungrateful, on the new colour scheme, one side needs to be in Polish - as you've done with the older repaint. If possible. If not, no problem at all.

I originally painted it with the right side in Polish....then I looked on Airliners.net. It has the text in english on both sides. Go check it out. :-)
