i posted this a few days ago and Word Not Allowed moved my thread to Hangar Chat. I guess he will move this also.

Wowsers. Cool - I will pay to see this one. I like all of D.W.'s movies. The notion that he drank the night before and is up on charges for it is pretty scary though. This is pure fiction I hope.

I remember when I got my PPL the blood alcohol rule for GA pilots was : "8 hours from bottle to throttle." That was pretty lenient, considering how long traceable amounts of alcohol can remain in one's system after only 8 hours. I haven't checked recently on ATP restrictions, but I think it was "24 hours from bottle to throttle." This movie should be pretty interesting, considering the plot revealed to us. Will he be a hero, or a life member of a chain gang...?
