July 4, 200421 yr You are going to do a TU-134?!!? That is outstanding news! Keep up the excellent work. Your AN-24 is a work of art!
July 6, 200421 yr Commercial Member This one was used by Japan Air Lines together with Aeroflothttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/82937.jpg

July 8, 200421 yr Ever since seeing a Wings series of Russian aircraft, this is the one I have been most interested in seeing modeled in FS - either the Bear Bomber or the passenger variant. What a beast! Huge counter rotating props - I think eight engines. Wow. Many thanks for this labor of love. Time to sign up for for Russian at the local community college!
July 12, 200421 yr Commercial Member The exterior painting is ready. Now waiting for the panel and the flight dynamics. http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/83861.jpg
July 13, 200421 yr I tried clicking on the links near the top only to be told it is unable to be displayed. I welcome any help.Thank you.Mark.
July 15, 200421 yr That picture and the entire preview looks gorgeous. A question : You mentioned the plane will get some simplified navigation equipment, so I assume no NVU. But what equipment will it get then ?Mike
July 16, 200421 yr No doubt they've scrolled. I saved the thread with pix from June, I'll try to dig it up. Email?
July 18, 200421 yr Commercial Member Hey! They have deleted the screenshots in the beginning of the topic. That's unfair! We'll finally release the aircraft in its original livery (reg.num. CCCP-L5611). The livery previously shown in this topic (Aeroflot with Japan Air Lines) will be uploaded separately. Each livery weighs at least 10Mb, so including two of them in the same package is not reasonable.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/84615.jpg
August 5, 200421 yr Commercial Member News about the project. As I said, three liveries will be available (First unit CCCP-L5611, Aeroflot+JAL CCCP-76490 and standard 70-ies Aeroflot). Moreover, each version will get a different passenger cabin layout (respectively 120, 105 and 220 seats), so there will be three independent models. At the same time (as we are expecting the panel and the dynamics are done), a military version Tu-126 Moss is also ready. If you are intrested about this project, you can visit avsim.ru forum dedicated to this plane. Yes, it's in Russian but it doesn't matter, there are enough screenshots to perfectly follow the line. August 5, 200421 yr Thanks for the update. I'm really looking forward to this.Best RegardsBoone,[email protected]"Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. It's just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes."
August 5, 200421 yr Hello Samdim,I have looked to all 35 forum pages!. I don't understand a word Russian (except njet and da) but what I have seen is truly amazing. The TU-114 is on his way to become the most popular heavy in the FS world. I can't wait.BTW you are putting a lot of payware designers out of business ;-). Do you need beta testers ? :-) :-)Hugo
