Well it's been a long time, but thought I'd pick up the paintbrush to finish off some ongoing projects...

 

Just posted to Avsim are 3 versions of Lufthansa's -8i's currently in service with the latest texture updates along with a rendition of a -8i in HongKong Airline colors.

      Hi folks,   Well in between becoming a T7 pilot and flying D-ALCC (MD-11F) on a around-the-world routing, I found some time to finish off the Etihad Cargo -8F (N855GT) I started a while ago. B)

    Nice! Perhaps someone should do an Air China repaint. I find it interesting that PMDG created many repaints for airlines that did not order the B747-8I, but left out Air China, one of the few passenger model purchasers. But anyway, at this time, it is probably better to wait until the second version is released before commissioning new repaints.

    Here is a fictional airline I have just completed ... I will see if I can insert a photo rather than attach it. It was challenging but fun getting this to work on this aircraft!

    Hi Folks,

     

    I thought this one may be interesting to do as it really is a first. Literally this aircraft HZ-AI3 just got painted in Portland Oregon and is awaiitng delivery to it's new owners, Saudia Arabian Cargo. This repaint is based on the latest photos at Paine Field.The repaint was uploaded to Avsim this afternoon so give it a little time and it should be there shortly. B)
