Hello everyone,

I want that the Developers and Beta-Testers could look at the gear swing animation.

Can you please take a look at this?

You can see that the gear animation is almost at the same time. And in the previews I can see is that the nose gear goes aup very fast.

Please take a look at this. I would be very thankful.

Well, since you politely asked unlike some of the other people, I will take the time to explain.

FSX has default throttle axis and only one channel for throttle.

The Airbus has throttle "detends" as they call it, so in order to properly simulate the throttle detends we need two channels for throttle (One for user throttle - INPUT, the other for the ATHR to control thrust - OUTPUT). The question is where do we get the channel? The answer is we intercept the channel. However, with this, unfortuanely we loose compatibility with the keyboard keys.

I am still investigating ways to implement keys, but that is extremely low priority, so don't hold your breath.

Hi Joshua,

Thanks so much for responding. It's great that we get chance to talk to developers directly.

I think I understand what you mean, I work in stage lighting and we sometimes double up our data channels to our robotic lights so we can get more bandwidth across a certain parameter.

Thanks again and good luck with the release...

Chris
