September 30, 201411 yr Update, I installed Just Flights TriStar L-1011 using Migrator and I am a very happy camper! How does your JF TriStar fly Sirxamoc? Mine was doing some very strange manoeuvres especially with the autopilot on! I haven't bothered trying it in P3D yet because of the odd flight dynamics! September 30, 201411 yr Mine did exceptionally well, took off at MGWT, and she climbed as expected, performed turns with autopilots and no real uncharacteristic handlings. I have not loaded it on FSX since I am just about ready to wipe FSX from my hard drive. Most of my flights have been using the ISG FMS but I did use the internal GPS and had no issues either. I will update if something rears it head, but I am very satisfied with Just Flight.

November 5, 201411 yr Well after about 10 solid flights using Flight Sim Commander, Next, REX4, MyTraffic4 or Vipilot, I can say that the JF Tristar is worth the money to purchase and install on Prepar3d. I would not purchase the CS L-1011 (I did!) until they make it more user friendly. There is a Merge between CS L-1011 and JF Tri-Star where the Tri-Star cockpit is adapted to the CS L-1011 (this can be found on the CS L1011 Forums) but why would you want to? I like the the CS L-1011, the immersion is good and the graphics are great, the miss the ball though when it comes to making it adapatable and worth using. Yes they have an INS, but the aircraft is not practible for today. Try and fly into ATL or DFW with just a VOR or INS and then have to react to ATC when flying VATSIM, it can be done, but not real world. PLus the INS that comes with CS is not exactly top shelf as the one that you can get on AVSIM. The nice thing about JF Tri-Star is that you can either fly with the GARMIN GPS or you can install the ISG FMS and then there in no approach or departure that can't be negotiated.
November 6, 201411 yr Until they fix the issue of the flight plan randomly disappearing at certain waypoints, or sometimes not appearing at all... I will not use their 777. Really is a shame, it is a beautiful model, but still plagued by some really bad issues such as the one I just mentioned. Phil Long
