Short routes heaven for Islander?

Currently I'm enjoying A LOT flying WinAir BN-2 Islander routes at FlyTampa's TNCM scenery. It's bloody awesome! One session of flying looks like this:

1. TNCM - SABA

2. SABA - TNCM

3. TNCM - TFFJ

4. TFFJ - TNCM

Every flight duration is around 20 minutes, so the flights are not boring like the airliner ones, where IFR ATC can only awake you while cruising.

FlyTampa did a great job with this scenery for sure. Although ground textures are very low res, that's the part I don't understand considering this is a scenery made mainly for props and twin props, and generally short flights with cruise altitudes not above 3000ft. I'm cruising at 2000ft with Islander, I don't see a point to raise a cruising altitude since cruse last for 10-15 minutes. One thing that is truly amazing on this scenery is that you have TWO very challenging approaches and landings, SABA and St. Barthelemy. SABA is a story for itself, very hard to master! My touchdowns at SABA are always somewhere in the middle of the length of that worlds shortest runway, so I must hit the brake hard even if I land at 55-60kts. Every landing on these airports is an experience for sure!

I'm not sure how long these 2 routes will keep me entertained, I guess not too long.

So my question is - what is you short flight nirvana? Do you have some good scenery that is similiar as FlyTampa TNCM to recommend? Perfect scenery would be - 5 or 6 islands with airports, good autogen and groundtextures (photo). Also I would like to fly a little longer routes to some islands, maybe 30-40 minutes (more cash in FSpassengers).

Thanks in advance guys!

Can't think of a better set of pairs to be honest (maybe Chesty Morgan in her heyday).

And you can add to that some legs to Statia now, look in the library for it here (it's a great scenery package, look for Harald Sandvik )

I agree, the Caribbean is the best with the FlyTampa stuff (Grenadines included). Since we now have scenery for Cozumel and Isla Mujeres, I like flying between those airports and Cancun. There is also a ok freeware version of Playa Del Carmen that completes the series.

Thank you for a Statia heads up, downloading now. :)

I'm also downloading Puerto Rico scenery from the library.

I like to fly the Islander (with the Air Arann repaint) using George Keogh's Irish freeware scenery of Connemara and the Aran Islands, available here on Avsim (ireland_eicm_galway_airport.zip)...some of the shortest commercial flights in the world, and interesting weather to boot...

The BN-2 Islander is the smallest aircraft I have ever ridden. I took a scenic flight from Milford Sound to Queenstown in New Zealand. FTX is about to release its rendition of these airports, which look quite impressive based on screen shots.

I wish someone did an Orbx or Ultimate Terrain for the Hawaiian islands, because all the FS Dreamteam airports are beautiful for the region. That's a good island hopping location if you have all the FSDT Hawaiian airports.
