February 18, 201313 yr Until the 777 is out we can't really say for sure, since we don't know what the 777 will bring of new to the code. I remember reading, though, that PMDG has made some enhancements on the code to squeeze a bit more of performance in this mean time between SP1c and the current stage of development. So that should be updated on the NGX too. Oh! And yes, RTA has been confirmed by Ryan. So... Well, we can say at least one thing or two... Matheus Mafra

February 18, 201313 yr Quick question, what is the "RTA function" "If you can't solve and equation with calculus, you're not using enough calculus" - A wise friend
February 18, 201313 yr Required Time of Arrival. It's a CDU/FMC function. Greg Barber VeeOz Virtual VATPAC

February 19, 201313 yr I think my NGX won't get seen to at all after the 777 gets released.. Poor girl! - Luke Pabari
February 20, 201313 yr I think my NGX won't get seen to at all after the 777 gets released.. Poor girl! I think for a while I will probably stick with the 777 but knowing my old simming habits I will return to the NGX because I love the sort flights as well. Mike Keigley

I have this love-hate relationship with the 737 ha. Lets just say if PMDG didn't make it in the quality that it is, I wouldn't have one in my simulator. - Luke Pabari
February 20, 201313 yr Commercial Member It would be nice to see icing/anti-icing working realistically. I hope that's on the agenda. Since it's an entire service pack, I'd hope it would be several things. I'd guess a few more user selectable features will be incorporated. Finally (just shoot me now), shared cockpit! Not holding my breath, but man would that be a really big leap forward! I wasn't a 737 fan at all before the NGX but now I kinda like the plane, kinda interesting to have an old school cockpit brought up to modern levels. However I do wish PMDG had the ER models out - my wait for the 777 wouldn't be as bad ha. I'm more of a long haul person, so range is key. - Luke Pabari

I like the 737 since it can get into the small lessor known airports such as Fairbanks, plus its the perfect size for my regional hops. Gotta love fitting 7 flights into one day so my 777 will gain a ton of cycles Also Alaska Airlines has the short field performance package in addition to ETOPS so that's a nice thing to have for getting into small fields. Most I've done in the NGX is four flights. I don't know why, I just get more of a thrill flying long haul. However I'll definitely have days when all I want to do is a Middle East turnaround or something. After you do 10+ hour flights constantly, 5-7 hour flights seem short  - Luke Pabari
February 22, 201313 yr Author Iwould love to fly like for +10h but my pc doesnt handle every scenery :( so i keep flyin above same sacaneries like some little part of europe. The ngx is enough for me but a big fat 777 is accepteble as long as i have full passenger:) EREK CAGRI KARTAL
