fsxphotography rocks. I find it no more misleading then "Smartwater". Just the other day, I tried to have a bottle help me with my taxes to no avail. My "Pop Tarts" this morning neither popped, or were tart... in fact they were rather sweet.

 

 

And don't get me started on the Ford Probe.

We're all entitled to an opinion, and just because I have an opinion on the name, you all think its ok to bash me for that?

Where does it say in AVsim that we all have to wrap each other in cotton wool and cant have opinions for ourselves without getting beaten up by other members?

 

My opinion is exactly that, MY opinion... Content is indeed really nice, just giving an opinion on the choice of name... Not bashing him or insulting him at all, so chillax guys B)

 

I happen to think something like "fsxart.com" might have been nicer, and easier, and allow more understanding of the creativity being put into it :smile:

Even possibly flightsimart.com then encompasses all flight sims and allows it to be a timeless classic forever :Big Grin:

 

And NO, its not "Complaining just to complain, so you can ditch that train of thought....

It's an interesting point, though moot. Photography being the collection of photons, whether onto film or sensor, it is the light gathering. Instead we have a simulated world with a simulated sun, hill and trees. We manoeuvre a simulated camera around in the world and take shots. It's virtual photography. I suppose we take Virtugraphs.  :lol:

So let me get this straight if you have a negative opinion of someones idea then its no problem if you express it.

 

But when someone else expresses their negative opinion of your ideas then its "bashing you".

 

Glad we sorted that out.

Those are really fabulous pics. If I could get my system to crank out pics half as good as that I would be happy! Keep the pics coming!!!

Well, for myself, I wasn't bashing. I understand where RCITGuy is coming from. Even though we do it every day, communication is often the most challenging aspect of being human. Language is an art in itself. Who, What, Where, and When is easily manipulated. One of the greatest observers of such things is George Carlin.

 

Great site/blog.. and interesting side track. It's the Avsim way!
