May 6, 201313 yr http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/x-planestore/Detail?no=466 I just bought this payware addon and the reviews and ads were not kidding that the Flight Model is amazing....they were right. I can't describe it but this plane simply feels amazingly real while flying, compared to all my other payware. The FBW is unbelievable and better than the A320neo. it even has 2 Taxi Cameras :good: Pics were taken with "NO HDR" http://asn-xp.aerosoft.com/?page_id=185
May 6, 201313 yr Real nice add-on thanks for sharing. Pricey for me at this time after buying the Majestic Dash 8 but I'm still hoping to buy it somewhere soon. Can you compare the quality of the vc versus the R&P 777? How are the sounds? Thanks, Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD Alexander Colka
May 6, 201313 yr I'm really interested in getting this (Been interested for a few months but bought the 777 instead lol). Does it use the default X-plane FMS/MDCU ? Chris Ferguson PC Specs(Rebuilt 1/11/19): i7-9700K - Non-OC'd, EVGA RTX 2080ti, G.Skillz 16GB Ram 3000mhz, EVGA SuperNOVA 1000w PSU, Cooler Master ML360R, ASRock Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo, 2x 2TB HDD, 1x 1TB Samsung EVO SSD, 1x 220GB WD SSD

I'm really interested in getting this (Been interested for a few months but bought the 777 instead lol). Does it use the default X-plane FMS/MDCU ? it has it's own FMC(xp10 default but modified alittle) or you can use the free XFMC or the Payware UFMC. This addon actual makes me Airsick from the realistic movements of the Flight Model
May 6, 201313 yr I'm really interested in getting this (Been interested for a few months but bought the 777 instead lol). Does it use the default X-plane FMS/MDCU ? No, it uses a custom MCDU, however with limited features. Jan Betlach
May 6, 201313 yr I'm really interested in getting this (Been interested for a few months but bought the 777 instead lol). Does it use the default X-plane FMS/MDCU ? I researched it for over a year: reviews, videos, etc. etc. Now I think I'm going to retire my other payware  Why no HDR? You get nice heat effects with HDR on. I like HDR ok it's back on
May 6, 201313 yr I bought this about 2 years ago for XP9. I haven't updated it for XPX as back then it was not compatible. I must say it had great flight dynamics and was ultimately hand flyable within it's flight envelope. I also have Peter's A321 and am anxiously awaiting the VC. To be fair to potential buyers, the 380 VC is not anywhere close to what we are used to nowadays. Remember this was done nearly three years ago at a time when VCs in X-Plane were on the dry side. Peter states his software is aimed at professionals looking to work on procedures. Flight planning plays a very small amount of time spent in a level D simulator, hence the lack of a highly functional FMS or MCDU. So, if your looking to train for procedures and need a superlative flight model, then this might be the right ticket for you. I know I had a lot of fun flying it by hand back in XP9. cheers
May 6, 201313 yr Been thinking about getting this for a while. I knew the FMGC has limited functionality but what sections are missing? Can you still enter in all relevant performance data for TO, APP etc? If you enter a flight plan using the default XP FMS data does it allow you to also enter SID/STAR's? Are speed restrictions/altitude constraints supported? Michael R

Are speed restrictions/altitude constraints supported? I have the payware UFMC to enter SID/STARS and the A380 is amazing with it. The free XFMC works also. The default FMGC is also great and fun to learn. It took me a year to buy this plane, big mistake....I should have bought it sooner. Been thinking about getting this for a while. This Beast of a plane kicks my little A320neo's arse! Pics were taken with NO HDR and only on VERY HIGH TEXTURES only, I was away from my PC.
May 7, 201313 yr Pity the exterior textures don't have ambient occlusion, but aircraft still looks great!
