May 8, 201313 yr Hello everyone, In the launch video for the patch to version 1.006 ( ) you can see that the Q400 is working with GSX. Howerever I have not got this working yet. After the pushback the plane jumps back to it's old position (both with AES and GSX). I tried several setups: regular and alternative aircraft.cfg and with and without nose wheel steering. I still get the same result. Does anybody have any tips on how I can get these to work? Cause otherwise I do not see the added benefit of the patch. I don't use the wingview and the added bouncing problem is really starting to annoy me. Thanks in advance. Bastiaan
May 9, 201313 yr I experience the same. The plane just ends up back at the gate. So far the "Q", I just use the built-in pushback feature in the FMS. At first it felt like the pushback was a little too fast and I had a hard time "lining up/turning" in a way that I felt was realistic, but with practice, I've gotten the hang of it. Plus, with the FMS pushback, you get the proper engine start clearances that actually pertain to the aircraft instead of a generic "cleared to start all engines". May 11, 201313 yr I used GSX the last two flight push back was perfect both times, no problems.Same for me push back with GSX works fine. Just remember to start number 2 before push if you want to be able to start number one before the push is completed. There is a bug that prevents engine starting when the GSX tug is connected to the aircraft, MJC and FSDT are trying to fix the issue. If number 2 is started before the tug attaches then you are able to start number 1 even while the push is in progress. Once the tug is disconnected you can then start as normal. Cheers, Andy.

Well, I think using the FMS pushback is the only option than. It's good to know I'm not the only one having this problem... Bastiaan

May 17, 201313 yr Hi my tow truck gets in position but then nothing happens, it does not ask me to release the brakes.
July 11, 201411 yr Commercial Member An old thread but I couldn't find an answer on MJC's official forum either. Has anyone had luck with AES? Pushback starts to work then my aircraft jumps back into its original position and on taxi in, the marshaller/vehicles will start to approach the aircraft before I come to a complete stop.
