Okay I know the Dash 8 Q-400 just came out, but is anyone other than me intrested in a good Saab 340? or even a 2000?

Just curious to see what people think.

Sure, I would love to have proper Saab 2000 / Saab 340. There's something in their design I like, in both their airplanes and cars.

Yep! I would be very happy with a Saab 340 for FSx.  Also, I've been watching a Saab 340 that is in development for X-Plane 10. It looks very nice.

Yes please! I'd pay for a good SAAB 340 in FSX.

Thanks for the heads. It looks amazing!!! I think I'll give X-plane a go when I can fly that one.

I've been driving their cars for 25 years now and I would for sure like to have a good 2000 or 340 to play with. I have never looked at X-plane before, but if a good 340 comes around I will for sure give it a try.

It's more difficult with the car though. I simply do not know what kind of brand to choose after my 5 years old SAAB, but hopefully I have at least 10 more years to enjoy.

I've learned why the Germans are so highly regarded with their vehicles after I traded my truck in for a VW Passat TDI. I miss my Ram but I love my vee-dub. :)

O there is one coming for xplane huh? ill have to go check that out!

The Xplane one looks really good. I know it wouldn't be possible to get the same graphics in FSX but I wouldn't mind a 340 with the same systems for FSX given the scenery I've already got for FSX.

I agree about the cars. I don't know what to get when it's time to get a new one. But I got plenty of time left I my current one as well.

I do have plenty of time 'playing' in the real thing. But you can't 'play' much unless you're keen on a visit to the office hat in hand to explain yourself... Hence the need for a good FSX/Xplane model.

But SAAB is a Swedish company not German. I agree with your statement on German cars, I bought my first BMW 2 years ago and think I will be a BMW customer for life.

I still have all my maintenance training books on the Saab 340.

A good Saab 340 FSX/P3D would be oh so nice to have next to my Q400.  I hope it's on some developer's radar screen.
