My P3D is a new Sim with FTX Global

Featured Replies

I just can't stop flying over all these gorgeous textures, it's going to take me a very long time to re-fly the whole planet to see all of FTXG.  My poor little XP10 is in the corner on a time-out    I also played around with my AS2012 cloud settings and WOW! now I have beautiful full 3D looking Clouds that look awesometacular!  my apologies for bashing P3D clouds in an earlier post last week :sorry:  :good:

:LMAO: ..... :diablo:  :girl_devil:    FTXG is really a game changer, it's a whole new sim

New patch is going to be awesome! I can't wait to see the new improved night lighting.

ASUS ROG Maximus Hero XII ▪︎ Intel i9-10900K ▪︎ NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE ▪︎ 64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro ▪︎ Windows 10 Pro (21H1) ▪︎ Samsung 970 EVO Pro 1TB NVME SSD (OS Drive) ▪︎ Samsung 860 EVO 2TB SATA SSD ▪︎ Seagate 4TB SATA HDD ▪︎ Corsair RMx 850W PSU

What improvements to the lighting? I wonder if it will be globe size and maybe an option have a coverage option like autogen density.

I couldn't agree more with this Spirit of - fsx / p3d are now new flight simulators, thanks to what FTX Global, and in my case FSGRW too, did for them :-)

And, as a devoted X-plane10 user too, I was really mad at what Orbx's ceo wrote about that simulator a few months ago! It was unfair, and he'de rather consider soemthing as good for X-Plane 10 as what they have just done for FSX / P3D.

As the OP says, I am too completely hooked to P3D + FTX Global + FSGRW :-) flying my A2A's, PMDG NGX, and RealAir Duke :-)

Yeah, FTX Global is a game changer, lately I find myself flying more in FTX Global enhanced with UTX and other freeware than in Orbx regions. I finally get to use all the aerosoft airports I bought some time ago before I got into Orbx. B) Great stuff.

Ditto! I have two systems - one for FSX and one for P3d - can't remember when I last flew FSX. P3D is just smoother and FTXG  makes it even more spectacular. AS2012 rounds out the package.
