About to cross the pond at the VATSIM event.

Flying EK221 OMDB-KDFW

We took off from OMDB @ 02:45 LT, saw a sunrise somewhere over the Caspian Sea then continued north crossing Russia to the Barents Sea, then the island of Svalbard, only to cross Greenland to head south for Canada to see the sunrise - AGAIN!  :rolleyes:

 

 

 

 

We could actually outrun the sunrise while flying up north. Marvellous!

After a 36 hour layover in Bali, it was time to kick the women out of the hotel room and report to work.  Sometimes being a 777 Captain can be a rough job :lol:

 

Taxiing onto runway 09 at the crack of dawn, the clouds were ominous, but the thunderstorms remained far enough away from the 2140NM WADD-RCTP flight path

Please enlighten me as to your setup. What combinations are you running is it ENB/Shade and Rex or something else?

Thanks Davey!  Yes, it's REX with OPUS weather along with ENB & Shade.  Way back when I had tried SweetFX and FXAA, but decided ENB gave me the best results.  I also use a modified water constants.xml file to get a more realistic water look/reflection.  I never fly away from home without it B)
