Most of the pundits will tell you to put it anywhere but on C:. My sense of humor is a bit dry for most.

I have it there so I don't have to deal with User Account Control on Win7 and Security interfering when installing Addons. It has been on C:\ for years now. I remember reading not to install FSX into Program Files etc. a couple years back.
