Thanks HL!  A correction in the first photo should read off the SE China coast....never had my coffee yet :lol:   There's something about flying into VHHH, VHHX, VMMC etc, that around sunset you always seem to get some wild looking skies.  I try to take advantage of it when I can.  Maybe it's the Kowloon hazy smoke lol.

LCO499 (PGUM-RCTP) is in the final minutes of her flight across the Pacific nearing Taipei.  Check Airman William McCarter (Lan Cargo Chief Pilot from Los Angeles) is onboard the 4-9er-9er to make sure Captain Sunseri doesn't screw anything up meets his required proficiency checks :P
