Made a copy of your working v0.3 texture folder and install new version into.

That did the trick! I'm using v0.6 and now it loads without crashing. Before trying your suggestion I did try disabling Ultimate Terrain. The textures loaded without crashing but looked all messed up. Now all is well. Thanks.  :drinks:
