Project Fokker is back!

Featured Replies

About a year ago Project Fokker announced they were making a updated version of the very good F-70 and F-100 models they made back in FS2002, then for about a year we didn't hear anything from them. Well now they are back! and the F-70 and F-100 v2's are back on track!http://fokker.avsim.net/I am so happy of this news! I loved the F-70 and F-100 in FS2002 but after I got FS2004 and hearing about the new models I deleted the first version models. Now we will finally have the new models soon!

Ha! I just got around to putting the F70 and F100 into FS9 yesterday. When I returned to the site today I noticed the new versions were due any day.Hurray! Hurray!BlairCYOW

This is really great news. One of the best ever freeware efforts. Everyone owes it to themselves to at least try these aircraft.Doug

I wonder if the release of this next version is timed to coincide with the pending sequel to "Meet the Parents"...."Meet the Fokkers"?Sorry, I couldn't resist that one :)-John

What's a "Meet the Parents"? Or is my age showing? - Doug

Sweet, can't wait!Their models are top-notch. Back in my FS2002 days, it was all I flew around. Great to see them back!:D

That is great news. If I remember right, wasn't v2 going to have a vc?Todd

Very good models. Payware quality for sure. Don't remember anything about the VC, I do remember a pretty cool maintenance mode though. My FS2002 did see a lot of Fokker flight time in these masterpieces. :):-outtahttp://publish.hometown.aol.com/p3superb/i...s/sign_name.jpgThere is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".- unknown"My daddy gives me up, to fight for you"- a US Military Members Child

Brilliant news! I really did think that this update had gone the way of the Dodo....and there certainly was a VC to be included. It looked stunning. There were some screenshots on the aforementioned site.

Wow I cant wait! Project Fokker looks excellent! When I was flying around after I got my PPL I was dearly wishing that I'd get a traffic advisory saying there was an F-100 at 3 o' clock and then Id get to say what every pilot wants to:"I have that Fokker in sight!"Mruahahahaa.Unfortunately it never happened...*sniff*:)
