November 4, 201312 yr You should check out Thai Creations VNKT (Katmandu) awesome and PARO airport scenries. PARO Edited to Add: I just noticed that you already have Thai Creations PARO ...in FS9. FS9 PARO seems to be better than the FSX version since the runway texture in their FS9 is so much better... like in your screenshot. Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
November 4, 201312 yr Author :-) I have the Kathmandu scenery as well (too distant in the first screenshot to tell!): I worked for a while in Kathmandu, so I fly there quite a lot (in FS I mean: nostalgia!). Would love to visit Bhutan, but .... The a/c is ifdg_a319_druk_air.zip in the AVSIM file library. M Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
November 4, 201312 yr ll (too distant in the first screenshot to tell!) Ah..I see it now. I have the Drukair for my Aerosoft A320 as well.. Thats what I use to fly into Paro. I love it VNKT to Aerosoft's Luka in the Twotter and VNKT to VQPR (PARO) in the Airbus A320 (Drukair A319 livery). Yes..I often fly this route in FSX... Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
November 5, 201312 yr :-) I have the Kathmandu scenery as well (too distant in the first screenshot to tell!): I worked for a while in Kathmandu, so I fly there quite a lot (in FS I mean: nostalgia!).......... M I also spent some time in Kathmandu (3 months), in the mid-90's. I got to know some Royal Nepal Airlines pilots, and kept up with then when they came to the UA flight training center in Denver (where I live.. RNP had 2 B757-200's, and it was cheaper to come to Denver for recurrent training than to buy their own sim). Incidentally, one of the 2 B75's was a combi, the only one made at the time. One of the routes served was a 3X weekly flight to Europe. Leg 1 was KTM-DUB. Two days later, the 2nd leg was DUB-FRA. Two days later, a short return trip FRA-CDG-FRA. Two days later FRA-London Gatwick-FRA. Finally, over 4 days, FRA-DUB-KTM. Quite a trip! Good pics, Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
