Just want to let you guys know I just picked this up and I cannot tell you how amazing it is. An actual touch screen inside (well simulated, but sure adds to immersion). Harranssor's work is nothing shy of brilliant. I have his eclipse and DA42 witch are also great planes. Im pretty much in heaven now :) Its at the X-org store now.

I would love to see him make the diamond DA 50

I just picked it up and normally I stay away from these type of AC, but it's a sexy little ride and so much fun.

Can I ask a cheeky favour of someone who has this? The changelog mentions new panel textures so could you kindly put up a couple of VC shots? The textures are the main reason I haven't bought this yet.

i910900k, RTX 3090, 32GB DDR4 RAM, AW3423DW, Ruddy girt big mug of Yorkshire Tea

Of course, the real planes panel are kind of "untextured" in the first place........  ^_^

That's true, so with the new panel texture, the panel looks less realistic now.

But better, imo. More cosy.

How is this thing as an IFR tourer? Dual NAV? Obviously the GPS probably isn't great ... Speeds?

Like all small General Aviation aircraft available for X-Plane, this plane uses X-Plane default systems (yes, even the X-Aviation Cessna Corvalis' G1000 uses the default flight plans and nav data). So you enter a flight plan, activate AP NAV mode with either GPS, NAV1 or NAV2 as source and let the plane do the job.

Navigation data are X-Plane default.

The Panthera is made for flying 1.000 nm with full load (4 people + luggage), at 200 knots, at 8.500 ft. You won't get much higher, and you won't get much faster.

Interesting... Wonder if they could adapt the GNS to work as a G1000....

It looks a little tacky on the MFD.
