Cool but the shadows are annoying holy cow....  there's a VC video as well....

I'm guessing the real thing has some sort of flash from the rotors but isn't that bad....  that's like epileptic city!

Here's the vid I'm talking about

My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL |
| Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Ryan, thinking about that I´ve implemented a way to disable this shadows, final version will count this option, you can easily disable rotor shadows if they annoy you somehow ;)

DreamFoil Creations,

Fred.

Alright sweet!  Maybe it's just the video because I have your AS350 and while it is a little annoying it didn't look as bad as in the videos.

I've been thinking of adding a quality helicopter to the stable...What's the current must-have?

I'll be honest - if I had proper helo controls the Dreamfoil AS350 would be great.  But with my MS ffb2 stick and pedals it's just too twitchy.  I need more travel and having a professional cyclic would really help.

I recommend the ND Art and Tech BK117 - more stable for us "mere mortals" with basic hardware.  Also has working autopilot but it's a little finicky especially if you have a joystick that doesn't spring to center like mine.  The force trim DOES work really well though.

Both work in x64 with HDR.

@Ryan

I also use the same stick, I just unplug the power cord before flying a helo, no ffb makes it much better to control, and it stays where you put it.

Also if you can get your hands on a Saitek x52,(got one of Craigslist for 20 bucks)  You can attach the throttle to the side of your chair and you have something like a collective.

FFB has been disconnected since day 1 (ok maybe day 5 lol)....

The AS350 is super touchy... maybe it's a controls curve I can mess with.  Is there a general recommended setting?

What's the recommended flight models per frame settings? Now i have 2.

I also use a G940, with the DF 206 but i think that the response when using pedals is too agressive. Can be the pedals....
