full clouds & weather. No stutters. Runs smoothly. Full traffic UT2. PIC 737.

    First of all I have frame rates set up within fsx at 30.  The old story about getting 40, 50, 60 frame rates and so on is a myth about fsx.   My advise is don't get obsessed on how many frame rates

    I agree FPS doesn't matter it's actually smoothness that does. Either way, w/out traffic I sit around 40 FPS but with I get about 25-30.

With the default Cessna 172 at default settings I was getting 1000 FPS. Now after I have everything installed at MAX settings I am getting between 200-250 FPS.

Here we go again.

1000 FPS in FSX!:

It has been said before, and I will say it again before locking this:

1) Your video shows exactly nothing, so your "1000FPS" are not really a benchmark.

2) That value is physically impossible, unless you have a monitor with a refresh rate of 1000GHz (1THz)!

3) This matter will not be discussed here further!
