May 22, 201412 yr You pretty much install FSX, buy the fixer and run it and that's it. If you wish to tweak further then check out the guides as Ron says.

May 26, 201412 yr Author After reading the dx10 guide and fixer manual and a lot of posts on avsim and orbx forums I installed Steve's fixer just left all the settings as they where, then set up nvidia inspector per dx10 guide which was very easy to follow normally I'm hopeless at these sort of things but I found my way around the fsx config with no problem, fsx runs a lot smoother and I haven't had any stutters so far only problem I had was that the taxiway runway lights turned off when I changed angle I know this in a problem in dx10, I switched to night lights mode with orbx I have only done a couple of flights but the problem seems to be resolved just now will do some more testing.
