Does this run on Win 8.1?

Featured Replies

I realized I never updated to win 8.1 from windows 8. FSX runs fine on 8, minus the expected bugginess, and so my question before I update is are there any new issues with FSX?

It's not just FSX. There are MANY reasons to update to 8.1.

FSX and Prepar3D V2.2 both run perfectly on Windows 8.1 No stutters, no crashes.   Asus Formula Extreme VI , 32Gigs Ram,  Nvidia Titan Z 12Gigs,  1300W PSU  I7-4790 CPU. Liquid Cooled Corsair 80i.

Same here, no problems running FSX on W8.1

What about joystick/controller dropouts? Surely these haven't been fixed.

No problems here either on Windows 8.1. I do have an occasional joystick/controller dropout, but pretty sure it's from EZDOC.
