Was just checking on this. Yes, you get an upgrade fore current Extend owners for like 14 dollars. then there is a discount for the 318/319/320/321 bundle.

I bought mine Airbus X Extended via amazon and entered serial number on aerosoft page. Thanks this simple move I was able to download patches and recieved discount for a new version of Airbus.

If you go to the new airbus pages on Simmarket, you will see the discount offers. They are applied automatically if you have Airbus X Xtended in your order history.

I already bought it gfd. But this time through aerosoft. The discount went through as well. I strangely haven't received a serial yet. Kinda wish I did it through simmarket now..

Is it possible that Aerosoft allows you to use the old serial? If not, maybe they're just closed for the holidays. Best of luck with that. Aerosoft is not perfect...who is? But they will never leave you in the lurch over a purchase.

IIRC, Aerosoft has had some issues with Paypal in the past, where it tool PP quite some time to inform AS about the transaction. And as long as AS doesn't have the money (i.e. as long they don't know they do), they won't deliver the registration code.

The best would indeed be to send them an email, and perhaps also to Paypal, just to be sure.

PayPal is always slower (average is a +/- 5 days to process). That's why cards transaction is recommended as its almost instant.
