This is how it's supposed to be. You're supposed to download it from your previous order of the NGX. We just updated the installer at the existing link.

Think about it...how incredibly labor intensive would it be to find every person who bought the NGX and then create a new order for every single one of those customers.

Also, full names are required in the forum here. Please ensure to include this in the future.

Download your product from your acount as stated in the readme file. After

Downloading you ll see that is the new version.

Uninstall then reinstall or just overwrite over existing version?

Either works. If one of those methods were required, we would've mentioned it.

Makes sense. I just added that last part for future releases/questions. Even our beta teams ask what the proper procedure is from time to time.

Hi,

my ops center says that the NGX is up to date, but on the FMC, when I check the version, it says SP1C.

Go with what the OC says. Don't worry about the SP1C/D/X/Q/F/J. It's the version number that matters.

Unable to get weather radar working.

Downloaded, installed. Ops center says I'm updated. FMC states sp1c.

I tried it 2x

Nope, I had to uninstall. It said it couldn't install and that I should uninstall the previous version. Same thing happened with the 777 update.
