March 6, 201511 yr Commercial Member Followed instructions for downloading the NGX update and there is no update in my downloads page. Its the same ngx from before. Thx for any help. Rob This is how it's supposed to be. You're supposed to download it from your previous order of the NGX. We just updated the installer at the existing link. Think about it...how incredibly labor intensive would it be to find every person who bought the NGX and then create a new order for every single one of those customers. Also, full names are required in the forum here. Please ensure to include this in the future. Kyle Rodgers
March 6, 201511 yr Download your product from your acount as stated in the readme file. After Downloading you ll see that is the new version. Regards, Thijmen Faasse

March 6, 201511 yr Commercial Member Hi, my ops center says that the NGX is up to date, but on the FMC, when I check the version, it says SP1C. Go with what the OC says. Don't worry about the SP1C/D/X/Q/F/J. It's the version number that matters. Also: sign your posts, please. Kyle Rodgers
