March 7, 201511 yr Twice in the last week I have opened tickets with PMDG support (two different problems). I do not recall ever receiving attention in less time than the PMDG team. One problem was resolved with two emails over a twenty-four hour period. The other was resolved in just a few hours. It is a real treat to do business with such a company and I thank you.
