Opus Customer Support - Blew Me Away!

Featured Replies

Just over 24hrs ago, I asked Opus on their forum, if it was possible to do something with Opus FSI.  No was the response, but we'll look into it.....

Eight hours ago, they replied and posted a beta for download and testing!  What's more it worked straight out the box.

Gotta just love that kind of support and listening to customers!!!!

Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)

everyone has their idea which is the best weather engine, but that debate aside, you can't deny Opus do display some of the best customer service and support out there...

Absolutely! IMO there isn't a 'best' weather engine anyway. They each excel in different ways don't they.  Its this kind of backup that seriously gets (and keeps) my attention for sure!

+1 I've had similar experiences, the dev is very responsive to customers. Some suggestions or requests I've made have appeared in the beta versions within a day or 2.

Asked them to change the bump effect to more believable - their response was no - but yes they are one of the fastest to respond to any questions you may have

Agreed. Their support is the best.

Honestly most developers have great support but the Opus team is insanely fast to respond - I dont think they sleep actually
