[P3Dv3] Any freeware texture replacement recommendation ?

Featured Replies

Hm, odd... Maybe I should test this on my PC to see if there really is no difference between default and HDE clouds. But even if there is, performance is top notch on my PC right now. Odd. Ah, well, computers.......

Just finished a flight in the RealAir Legacy above FTX Norway through a very heavily clouded sky (ASN). Clouds all around me. Looked totally awesome. Performance stayed at my max all the way so no problems here with performance. (P3D never was as good as it is lately.)

Is there any recommendations for cloud textures? I am really not happy with REX 4 because it looks grey and boring like FS9 Style :(

Ooooo they look nice, might have to give them a try!

Theres actually a version 2 of those now - I am using them also - nice stuff

Even better! A project for tonight, I think.

The linked textures are for sky and sun, not clouds.

Ahh... Cool - Instant download then!
