These are very wise words!   While I'm nowhere near 300 airports (I'm at three dozen), I have a goal of ensuring that every strip in my home province of Alberta (Canada) has decent 3D scenery that w

Yes very nice java plugin. Makes things so much easier, though I haven't been able to get the ortho in WED due and internal error which to me looks to be JDK related so will download the latest JDK and then have some fun.

And thanks to Janov and you for the decimal thing , now I see the runways align properly at there geolocations.

Fantastic. I'm glad to see more joining in and making airports. It can get quite addictive and you might find yourself spending more time making airports/scenery than you will actually flying.

Well let me do this airport and the area , lets see after that.

Most of my time flying is actually in DCS

Hehehe , Mig21 is night time and this during lunch time :)

I haven't fired up any sim in some time now. Waiting for something exciting to come out like IXEG or DTG Flight sim

IXEG hmmm still looks like a distant thing.

I just saw that DTG school is available for pre-order.  There is a video too check it out on steam.

I was impressed by the video which had icing etc.. until I saw the "Not in game footage" part. What's that all about? Definitely misleading

Hehhe yeah very misleading. They should give the actual sim footage. But why give a different rendered video is something to think about.

But anyway I am not touching DTG for now, let's wait and watch.

X-Plane 10.50 appears to me the new Civil Sim expectation for me.... Well, not only, but the rest is NDA secret :-)

Haha let's see for how long it sits on your PC :)

I will have to go with OE for inserting objects and stuff that wedbing is not working for me causing an internal error.

I think i got wedbing working and using WED is pretty cool too. Added a couple of hangars (well that's what they look like)  a couple of static aircrafts too.

More to add.
