June 4, 201610 yr Also, if by some reason i want to shift my seat position a bit to the right or to the left, i have to configure some default aircraft view. If i use CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to move, i'll be shortly taken back to EZDOKs configured view. I really need this freedom, which is not provided. Didn't someone up above explain how to do that? And moving around with cursors and PAGE-UP/DOWN is a breeze...I do it all the time. I'll right cursor over to the copilot seat to have a look around or use the forward arrow to have a closer look at an FMS or a gauge hidden by condition levers. Which button is it...POV or P2P? June 4, 201610 yr If i could use the same SPACE + mouse to look around, most of my issues would be fixed. Middle mouse button doesn't cut it because if i want to move any knob in the VC, i can't because i'm holding the mouse wheel. And it still doesn't provide the freedom and speed the default mouse look does. EZDOK could be good (for me) if it didn't interfere with the default viewing system, that was a mistake, and it can't even be configured to do so. You CAN use space + mouse to look around as I've mentioned previously. First, unbind space and space^ in your sim. Next go into ezdok key setting and set it. Here is the trick, it will NOT display correctly. It will not show that it has been bound. But once you attempt to bind it, it will work. I use it this way and it's fantastic. Also, if you just need to adjust your seat position, it's actually easier that ctrl/shift/enter. WAY easier!! You simply hit the 2 key on your numpad then the arrows and page up/down to adjust. Hit the 2 key again to save it. It's so simple really. I assure you, ezdok can and will do everything you need, and then some. You've just gotta give it a chance and learn it. Oh, and you can use default views while using ezdok if you really want to. But I don't see the need once you have it setup the way you want it.

You only need to hold the middle button until you're looking in the direction you want. Then you let go of it. When you let go it won't jump back to the default view. If you want to move the seat position, just use the arrow keys. You can also use page up and page down to adjust your eye level. If you want to save this new view to overwrite where it was previously set, hit the 2 key on the numpad to go into edit mode (you should hear a "ding" sound) and then hit the same 2 key again to save the new position. Again, if users prefer to use space + mouse, you CAN use it that way. I do everyday. I hate middle mouse with a passion. Yet, still love ezdok with space + mouse to look around.
