June 12, 20178 yr Indeed it is... 160km/h is around 100mph, that is nothing on the unrestricted sections, where a number of vehicles regularly hit the 300km/h mark. Not that there are many opportunities to get any where near such speeds these days, given all the trucks on the roads... let's face it, the fuel consumption at those speeds is ridiculous and it is rather dangerous, even when the conditions are perfect (given the numbers drivers inexperienced with travel at such speeds)... I was using the example to illustrate the fact raindrops running across a windshield at speed look totally different from the way portrayed in the video... A Andrew Entwistle
