I go by the motto, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Since my sim and all related addons are functioning perfectly, I see no reason to update. However, you could always back up the current module and into file, update and revert back to the old one if necessary. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
August 16, 20178 yr If you have a CTD, check for any updates then as it is probably the cause (but mainly for P3D users as more upgrades/updates of products are happening almost daily). It will cause a crash. Best regards, Jim Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource! August 16, 20178 yr Keeping FSUIPC updated is a really good idea actually http://forum.simflight.com/topic/80977-updated-modules/ It's updated quite often to ensure compatibilty with new addons. Rarely some minor bug can be induced, but it's fixed in a matter of days. There is no reason to be worried about updates Zeljko Budovic
August 17, 20178 yr Does anyone know if this is a free update to 64bit for existing customers or is it a brand new purchase? Ah, I see, a special upgrade price.
