August 31, 20178 yr Commercial Member I've integrated and tested the GNS 530W V2 in the A2A Simulations GA fleet (C172R, C182T, PA-24-250 and PA-28-180 - i.e. those products which have 3-D model support for the GNS 530). In FSX and FSX-SE, A2A's "Aircraft Configurator" can be used to select the RXP option (this is for the old RXP GNS gauges) and the "panel.cfg" will then need to be edited as below. In P3Dv3/v4, this option isn't available in the configurator (the old gauges weren't supported in P3D). However, the "panel" folder for each aircraft should still contain the relevant *.cfg file (e.g. "panel_RXP_530.cfg") which can be copied and renamed to just "panel.cfg", overwriting the file that's already there. Then edit these two sections as follows for the new gauge with its slightly different dimensions: [Window13] //window_pos=0.739583,0.000000 (existing entry) //window_size=0.260417,0.333333 (existing entry) window_pos=0.690000,0.000000 window_size=0.310000,0.360000 visible=0 ident=15531 nomenu=1 zorder=99 //gauge00=rxpGNS!GNS_530_1, 0, 0,100,100 (existing entry) gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1, 0, 0,100,100 and [Vcockpit02] Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=512,512 visible=1 pixel_size=640,640 texture=$gps //gauge00=rxpGNS!GNS_530_1, 1,191,456,320 (existing entry) gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1, 8,192,442,314 Note that the "window_size" entry was used to mimic the real unit's dimension (159mm x 117mm) on my 24" (1600 x 1200) monitor. I've done some testing with A2A's custom KAP 140 autopilot simulation, and it seems to follow lateral and vertical guidance in GPS mode without any problems. Nav idents on the audio panel are working too. Here's how it looks in the A2A Cherokee! Cheers, Nick P.S. I don't have the GNS 430, but similar principals will apply. Nick M - A2A Simulations

September 6, 20178 yr For the Alabeo 177 Cardinal I seemed to get a little better fit than the one BillS511 posted. I have a major disability called obsessive compulsive disorder, anything that doesn't line up perfect I can't live with it, lol. Awesome work bill in posting these coordinates! I'm wondering if perhaps an option in the menu system couldn't plug right into real time resizing instead of having to refresh the simobject to see any changes? September 6, 20178 yr CARENADO CT210M Centurion II : [Vcockpit01] Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=256,256 visible=0 pixel_size=1024,1024 texture=$C530_GPS gauge00=rxpGNS2!GNS_530_1, 0, 0,256,187 This one is kind of "odd" because after running the legacy RXP installer that comes with the aircraft it leaves no 3D buttons from the default Carenado GPS unit behind. Only the volume/on off, volume/id and the two large main control knobs, nor does it add anything different except leaving a black space. This is only for a single RXP 530 v2 unit along with the default Carenado 430 on the bottom. Andrew
