No, you don't have to start UTL, it loads with the sim automatically. You run the UTL GUI to make what ever changes you want (best to probably shut down and restart your sim though once complete to show any changes that you have made). You can use what ever time you want, UTL runs on your sim's time.

Just did a flight with UTL again and I have to say: I like it! I've had a few experiences with AI addons in the past and in all honesty I liked none of them because they all totally killed performance. But UTL doesn't seem to have an impact on anything at all...? Right now I have GA at 100% (I like a lot of GA) and airliners at 75%. I do have to say I only fly in Norway but still, some airports can have quite a few planes on the ground. I also like how even small airports get GA traffic. I just landed on Kjevik and simply sat in my cockpit for a while looking at the traffic taking off. Nice. Specially with (default) ATC on.

I am no expert on models and liveries and what is old or not or current or not but to me it all looks pretty cool. So far this is a keeper! Makes flying GA/VFR a lot more fun!

Installing was easy, setting up too (after having gazed at the various screens for a while...) and since Dave told me UTL is a set and forget addon I have to say I couldn't be more happier. Sure beats having to download and configure plans and planes and liveries manually. I rather fly so this is perfect for me. So I'd like to continue where simbol stopped: +6!

I've just done the same Jeroen.  Very simple to configure for both P3D and FSX SE, as long as you remember to select the right sim before firing it up. 

I left it set at default 100% so really wasn't surprised, although still bloody annoyed, when the QW787 OOM'd on finals coming into Heathrow from EDDF.  This AC is awesome and  will be a winner in P3D V4.

The FSL A320 is a very close second ..

This is why I didn't bought it, no point flying a 787 for short hauls and long hauls on such complicated and beautiful add-on will result in CTD under FSX

How short? I like doing 350nm to 600nm flights maximum.

How do you get the updated airport parking updates?

MyT 6 comes with the airport updates. The updates add parking spots for larger airliners, correct the gate ATC codes and in some cases add missing runways and taxiways.

OK thanks, I guess I am up to date.

I have tried everything I know including a total reinstall, and the Tweaks in Updated, Guide to Install Ultimate Traffic Live on P3D V, nothing works, UTL starts up with P3D runs about 30 seconds and crashes.   there a plug and play version for DUMMIES?    Also I cannot find a manual for the program.
