December 14, 20178 yr So I went to open up FSX to do a flight and I saw that Steam was implementing an update and part of it was to help stop some of the stuttering in games. I have been experiencing stuttering and at times some severe stuttering. Well I went ahead a flew a one hour flight and to my delight "Zero" stuttering. I assumed it was because of my Orbx scenery that was the problem. So what ever they did seemed to work for me. Hopefully it will continue to work. Thanks Steam!!

P3Dv4 took FSX to 64-bit and Dovetail Games is working to develop Flight Sim World, which is also 64-bit. Other than add-on aircraft, scenery, etc., I don't see additional development of the old 32-bit FSX/FSX-Steam sim. My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
