They are included in the new download packs for Airbuses, as they have also been updated.

Thanks, Rafal. I have just added my first NEO model to P3D (Scandinavian Airlines A320) It isn't immediately obvious that the updated A320 and A321 model packs include the NEO models.....

I noticed that the texture size is now 2048 X 2048. Can I still use the 1024 X 1024 texture from the previous model?

Yes, no problem with these.
I have many in my sim.
