May 28, 20188 yr I'd like to jump in too. I have exactly the same problem... 737,747 and 777 all showing in P3Dv4.2, but Ops Centre shows nothing installed. I also have an Alienware laptop, which recently received the upgraded Support Assist app, and I did run the optimizers (Clean Files, Tune Performance and Remove Viruses & Malware) in it a few days ago. The aircraft were also missing from the Uninstall Programs list in Programs and Features. I think all this together with earlier posts may point the finger at the AW Support Assist app. All was fine 2 weeks ago, ran the optimizers a week ago, and spotted the Ops Centre problem today. I've already reinstalled the 737 and 747, and they now show again in the Uninstall Pgms list, as well as showing in the Operations Centre. I held off on the 777 re-install, to try to get some idea what was happening. David Jones
May 29, 20188 yr Following my earlier post, I just re-ran the "Tune Performance" optimizer within Alienware Support Assist. Before running it, PMDG Operations Centre showed the 737,747 and 777 all installed on my AW laptop, after, all 3 had vanished from the Op Centre, so my problem was caused by Dell software. I'll report this to their Support staff. Hopefully if anybody else has a similar problem, this will help. David Jones
June 11, 20187 yr I was in the same boat, thanks to those before me and support for identifying the underlying issue. Brad Raulston
June 18, 20187 yr I recently purchased the J41 and the Operations Center never loaded to CPU. The PMDG file is their in the windows start menu along with the documentation for the J41, but the Operations Center is nowhere to be found. I'm using FSXSE. Now there is an error message anytime I try to download a J41 livery from the main PMDG site. Edited June 18, 20187 yr by Darthfinkles

Welcome to the PMDG forums, please note their forum rules ask that we sign our full name on a posts in their forums. It is usually better in terms of getting support if you create a new thread with a complete problem description, rather than attaching a thread that is long and somewhat dated because most of us are not going to review this entire thread to glean information about your problem. The operations center should be in the Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center folder.... open that folder and see if it is there. Downloading and installing livery should be done only via the OC. FSXSE is known to create errors in the Windows registry, if you cannot get the OC to work properly from clicking on the exe file in the folder I referenced, then I recommend you submit a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support. They have tools available to help you. Dan Downs KCRP
June 23, 20187 yr I can confirm the exact same thing on an Alienware R5. happened this week after I used Dell Support Assist to update the BIOS. John Bauer
