There seem to be some significant models missing from that list, including the 727, 737 (400/500/600), 767 (200/400), A318, RJ70/Bae 146-100, Embraer ERJ135/145/195, CS 100/300, BAe Jetstream 41, and Saab 2000......

And there will be no GA aircraft/traffic included at all. As I learned from the Just Flight forum.

Yes and as I said on JF forum real world traffic will mean some aircraft disappearing from AI, EG 747-400 they will be gone to the scrap heap.

Bummer about no GA being included. I'd bet that will eventually be a separate package to buy (just a theory).

I hope that they include GA and military eventually in this program or as separate releases.  Smaller airports will be pretty empty.  So, it looks like me good, old version of MyTraffic will still be around for awhile!

Thank you Anders, UTL looks amazing, but I cannot afford that price ($45). I would be more than happy with something less powerful at a quarter of that price (~$10). That to me, is the gap in the market that someone needs to fill, instead of yet another powerful, expensive product?

Considering the amount of coding and time required to make a realistic AI program, there never will be a $10 version.

For me, I just naturally shy away from F1 for two reasons: 1) price, 2) lack of optimization for performance. It's a fine company, but I tend to stay away from their offerings until they are several years old and I've had a computer upgrade. That's another reason I'd like to see JF's newest offering and price point.
