I only need the client?

I'm not sure it's worth it right now. everything is running well in 4.1

Ciao!

Look at the change list - make your decision. The least you need is the client if that.

Disagree with the advice here. Point upgrades provide a wide range of improvements, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to install.

normally best to leave it a couple of weeks until you upgrade, which you’ve done. Allows the main software providers a chance to update their programs.

youll note that some software is only 4.2 compatible eg the CRJ.

The LM team did many months of work on 4.2, you might as well take advantage of this.

In theory only the Client. However, in the past there was once a problem that menu functions of addons (e.g GSX, ATC) or effects did not work properly as they required the Content update as well.

That said, I would update Client AND  Content to be up to date and then update the addons you have. It will not take that long.

Addon Scenery and aircrafts will not be affected by the Client and Content update.

If for any reason 4.2 does not work for you, you can go back to 4.1, but I doubt you will... 😏
