Hi Ben, I have all your training videos, I'm wondering when there will be a new set released.  I'm really looking forward to two in particular.  The PMDG 747 and FSLabs A320.

Hope you're well and look forward to new ones soon.

Ben hasn't been heard from in months.  I wouldn't hold out much hope.

Sad, very sad as they were the absolute best video tutorials ever.

I’m gutted. There was so much hype with the release of the 777 so I brought it which I’m happy with, then we got told we didn’t have long to  wait with the cadet plus program and now he’s vanished. So unprofessional.

If any future programs gets released makes you think why should you buy it.

An update would be nice but I think that’s asking for too much

He got his money from us now he just can’t be bothered 😕

i like how the FB page posts are keep being shared but no update from him.

I understand that but from a customer point of view it’s unprofesional.

That post was back in September 2017 and nothing again since?

Its such a shame 😭

"Its such a shame"

What shame are you talking about. Do you actually know what he's going through?
Have you ever been in his situation? Give him a break and some time without chastising the man.

I don't think that is so much the case now, I think Ben has just found other interests and Airline2Sim isn't so much his priority anymore. He has a great product which I'm sure we all enjoy but I think it's fair to say that if he has moved on to other things I'm sure we'd love for someone else to pick up where he has left off and continue the training programs.

Then if that is the case then i could understand the concerns with frustration but it took a lot of guts to post his personal experience in the forum. I for one understand what he went through and how difficult things will be.

In that personal  message, Ben said he had found a new lady, a new job and was moving to the Middle East.  It seems as if he isn't still down in the dumps.  It would be n ice if he could just tell us that Airline2Sim is done.

A2S is not done. Stop spread speculation. Nobody here has got a clue as to what is going on and the circumstances surrounding it.

So, do Ben a favor and relax.

I don't know what is the current status of Airline2Sim, but I do follow his facebook page, and Ben is posting every now and then aviation  and simulation news. I guess he wouldn't if he had abandoned the hobby. An update from him would be nice.

Hi guys

Don't worry, I’m still here. This deserves a longer response to you all but in summary:

- divorce is a biatch. It was emotionally very draining and literally only finished a couple of weeks ago. There have been some very, very dark days indeed.

- the most stressful things you can do are divorce, move house and emigrate. I did all three over the space of a few weeks. It was at times absolutely overwhelming to do this all on my own.

- I’m far from done with Airline2Sim. There has probably never been a more exciting time in the hobby than now and while I’ve been waiting for my rig to arrive at the port here (in pieces) I’ve looked on in enormous envy at some of the developments in the last 12 months.

- I had a fully kitted out studio that was purpose built for the purposes of recording our material. That, and everything in it was left behind, through no fault of my own. I now have a six foot square space in my girlfriend’s spare room in a country with the slowest internet speeds on the planet. Somehow, with fewer resources I have to step up the game and improve on the products we’ve done before. Bear with me. We’ll do it.

I’ll have news of the 717, the Maddog and the A320 to share soon...

Ben, I read your original post a while back when it happened and now this post.  You're not alone, I went through the same exact thing, 100%, all of it you did.  I feel for you man, it's tough like you said.  It took me 11 years to recover.

I'm very glad you're getting back in shape and it'll be a slog.  But you'll do it and we'll hear your excellent voice again on your videos.

I appreciate as the OP you getting back to us all, it's a relief to hear that you're going to continue because your videos are of the highest quality and rest assured, I'll be buying them all.  I have them all so far.

Good luck and thanks for sharing!

Jack Sawyer

Thank you, Ben.  I realize that you have gone through a bad time and I know the feeling.  It is good t hear from you that A2S isn't done and knowing that it's time to sit back and just wait.
