Is that a DC-9?...🙂...Just kidding....Great to see a Tupolev here and I'm glad you're flying this workhorse of an aircraft (in good-old fs2004). Lovely overall shot perfect for this classic plane! Thanks for posting.

😂

Thanks for your kind comment! FS2004 and the Tu-134 both are workhorses, and they still fit perfectly to each other.

That image would look cool on a t-shirt!  To wear around the tarmac or to wear if you are going airborne to some exotic destination..

Thanks Bernd, Ed and John! The picture is the first one from this winter's round the world trip with the Tupolev. More coming...

This is a fine idea. More than 10 years ago I did have a kind of virtual flying club here in Dresden; we all flew Messerschmidt planes and later some of us tried the Tu-134. Few of us succeeded... I'm the last still active. I'll make all of them such a T-Shirt to bring back their memories...

Now THAT is quite an undertaking, Harald. I hope the winter will be long in and around Dresden, so you'll have plenty of time to fly 😄

Thanks Pugilist2 for commenting!

Bernd, I did do the circle with the Tu-134 already two or three years ago; it took me around four months. I visited the most wonderful and exotic destinations at this occassion, especially in the CIS coutries. Really looking forward to see them again.
