I personally think that 2D views other than the main panel are pointless because they take up useless space and are horrible view points from the right seat. I'd rather have 3D objects that give me true depth in the sim, not just some plastered image that looks like crap.

sounds like you are missing textures. I'd check and make sure you've got all the textures out of the FS9/textures directory. There may even be textures someplace else. In fact, Mike a while back described a file you can edit to tell FSX where to find the aircraft files, maybe you can just reference the FS9 texture directory.Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)
