FSX Special Announcement tomorrow night?

Featured Replies

>go check simflight.com... the news actually is already outI don't see anything there.

Although I'm probably no where near target (it's okay to dream right!?)PERHAPS if FSX DID go gold, they are going to offer up a purchase/download version for us either at AVSIM or GAMESPOT type site?I mean, they already have a key system in place, and it's proven that many people use download software and just back it up to CD/DVD...Here's to wishing...

Guess this means one more night sitting in front of the PC hitting the "Refresh" button! :)I can't imagine announcing that FSX has gone gold is THAT big of a deal to make the front page news here. It must be even bigger!Jim

If they were to offer a download version, they would probably use Fileplanets direct to drive, which is a great. No restrictions on how many times you can download and updates to games are provided fast too.But the file is very big so its not very likely we will see this.

Now that was funny! Thanks!Randall

So they were confident a month ago they would go gold this week just in time to make the convention announcement? Ok.

Perhaps that FSX will be released on the XBOX 360 LIVE enabled

>Perhaps that FSX will be released on the XBOX 360 LIVE>enabledI thought that was said on Steve Lacey's blog back when FSX was announced?
