I updated (Live Update) an hour ago. GSX is working perfectly fine for me.

I'm on P3D v4.5.13.32097 (4.5HF2) and not seeing this.  I wonder if it's a 4.4 vs 4.5 compatibility thing.

It might/could be...but their site says that you can run 4.5 (which I prefer) with the latest update.  So..something is off...

I did that...and also used the full installer...but I have the same symptoms that quite a few others are also seeing....shadows on the ground made by 'invisible' objects, but no visible GSX vehicles and Jet ways....

I'm going to uninstall again...and see if I have an earlier GSX installer load out...to see if I get back a fully working and object visible installation....within P3D 4.4x

Have you deleted old shaders?

@Sesquashtoo

I recall a while back I had an issue where there were no jetways and no simobjects. I can't remember exactly why but I didn't realize GSX Level 2 Expansion had a different serial number than GSX.

The in sim Add-ons|Addon Manager check that the GSX 2 product is Active.

Also look In C:\Users\your name for FSDreamTeam_GSX Level 2 Expansion.reg file to see if it's present.

Check the add-on.xml file in ...\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\FsDreamTeam Addon Manager for anything that may be missing. There should be 7 components.

OK..will do that.  Both GSX and the GSX2 show as active in the Addon Manager...will check the other stuff...

Just checked all the rest...and all entries are there...

It seems others are having the exact same issue...so I think that the Dev needs to look at this, ASAP.

The fact that you are lacking the objects but not the shadows of the objects, makes me wonder if there is an issue with the PBR textures of the objects. Because, the shadows suggest that the models are loaded properly (or there wouldn't be a shadow). That said, if that is so I would expect you to not see the moving people either, UNLESS those people actually do not have PBR textures. But that's something I honestly don't know...

If this is a texture problem, I think all you can do is wait for Umberto to come back in and comment.

Thanks Ben for your input.  Yes...so weird....the invisible jet ways have cast shadows.  All the 'invisible'  motorized units are casting shadows...AND...the 'people' are obviously sitting in the driver's seats of those invisible units.  If I call any of them up, through the menu...you see the people and the shadows move as they would IF...you could also see any of the motorized units. So...as you say...something with the textures of all the vehicles are borked. If all of them have new PBR...then that could be it. I have never had this issue, since buying GSX years ago..and running through all the prior updates. It seems this big rewrite (and new features?!?) borked the equipment textures from not being produced on the monitor, while everything else having to do with them, is there....shadows on the ground, still, until you request a service...and....people sitting and driving 'nothing' lol!   This is so, the Twilight Zone! LOL.   Hopefully this will get fixed...but until then...I'd suggest anybody NOT update any feature set that is obviously working for you..and not seeing the BORK, that I am describing.  Keep what you have, until Umberto gets into the discussion, and a possible update and or 'do this' fix...  OH...ONE MORE THING....you DO SEE,  the DELTA logo just sitting in the air...(at KDTW) where you just KNOW...that a jet way outer structure wall should be...so I think...you are right on the money...the DELTA Airlines logo would not be PBR...so...it displays....the drivers/people figures, are not PBR, so they display...shadows?  No PBR there, right?  So they are displaying...and also the GATE numbers are displaying in mid air...so, most likely, not PBR textures as well.  Ben...you nailed it...

The update before Christmas broke couatl.  Check FSdream website and you will see many people having issues.  They must be away as it has been 8 days now.

Darcy

Coualt is a love / hate thing. I know a few people that want nothing to do with FSDT due to Coualt.

I think the people do have PBR, there clothing.

You also need to update more than the client to get PBR working right.

Please check if you use any custom shaders. Such as URP (or something like that). It is an shader issue. But can be caused by many different reasons. One of them are the use of an shader which is not compatibel with GSX/P3D just advice.
